They say if you can turn your passion into a career, you will never have to work another day in your life and that has been the case for Ayush Rastogi,  Assistant Vice President (AVP) in Daalchini.

He proved that “Passion with purpose can create history.”

 

 

Period of education

He turned his love for computers and technology into his profession. Talking about his education he said, “ I took science as a subject for admission to an engineering college.  Later as I planned, I completed my secondary education and joined an engineering college to further pursue my career as a professional developer.”

There is ins thing common in all successful people and that is their hunger to gain more. Ayush too has the desire to gain as much as he can and this desire made him learn varieties of programming languages by the end of his college. He has mastered various programming languages owing to his cravings to achieve more and more. This attitude is something we all must possess as unless we try to do something beyond what we have already mastered we will never grow.

 

Encounter new programming languages

He considers that working with any programming language is not a barrier for him as he has decoded the logic that goes behind these languages. While discussing further the niche of his work, he said,” I have worked with different programming languages and technologies like C,  C++, C#, python, javascript, react, Java, SQL and  while Android Apps Development is the core of my working.”  He justified that all leaders are excellent learners. The moment you stop learning, you stop leading. So, you must learn as much as you can, from as many as you can, and as often as you can.

 

Educated and inspired hundreds of students through his proficiency in programming languages 

During his college days, he has been involved in various projects that enhanced his knowledge and got him applauds from his professors. Not just that he is a responsible human and believes that his role is to coach, motivate and help people.

He used to teach various programming languages to others and used to give seminars. He recalled that he has given more than 100 seminars on different IITs, Amity, etc.

His ability to consistently upgrade his knowledge and take this knowledge amid hundreds of students made him what he is today. He loved inspiring and educating students. He believed that if he make a difference in one student’s life then that is true success for him. This inspired hundreds of students and taught them to never give up and never stop learning.

 

Series of life-changing moments 

He further recalls his seminar and narrated an incidence of IIT Madras,  that he considers one of the changing points of his life.

At IIT Madras’s seminar, he got a chance to meet other peers and professional programmers like him, and interacting with them was a life-changing experience for him. He considers that incident as one of those enriching experiences of his life that later took his career to another height. After that, there was no looking back for him.

 

Moments of glories and achievements 

He moved forward with a band and achieved various milestones. He received a Google Android programming certificate in 2017 and later was honored with Ranksheet certified professional.

He got 98.01% percentile in Techgig for Android Apps Development and 99.25% for SQL. His passion and dedication towards his craft made him attain all these optimum percentiles.

He proved that there is no denial in the fact that if you do what you love with complete focus, then the sky is your limit.

He ensured that success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice, and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do. After all, the vibration of doing what you love is magnetic as you will align everything you need in your life with that energy.

 

Working life in Daalchini

Ayush Rastogi is currently working in Daalchini Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He is a member of the core team. He has been a part of the organization since 2018. He played a crucial role in shaping the organization.

While talking about his journey in Daalchini, he said,” I started building tech from scratch and later other fellows joined to make this cool tech Daalchini. “  he further added,” I have worked with Android of things, Mobile Apps Development, IoT, Java, SQL, and reactjs, in the organization”. He is one of the major pillars of the organization. He proved that self-belief and hard work will always earn success.

Summary

What makes you thrive to aim at the sky is what you’re born for. Settling for anything less is not worth it. Patience and hard work are vital as nothing is going to happen overnight. Just dreaming is not sufficient as your dreams will ask you your sweat, dedication, and hard work, before turning into reality. Always remember, you get what you work for and not what you wish for. There is no denial to the saying,
