Daalchini introduced a new feature on its consumer app last month – Daalchini Points. This is a very useful feature for our customers who uses our app regularly to place orders.
Steps to see Daalchini Points on the App:
1. Open Daalchini App
2. Tap on the menu on the top left
3. Tap on the ‘Payments’
4. Here you can see your Daalchini Points
How to use Daalchini Points:
Daalchini points can be used to place orders on Daalchini vending machines. You can choose Daalchini Points as a payment option when you are paying for an order on the Daalchini app.
Why do I get my refunds after paying with Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking etc in Daalchini Points?
Refunds to the source may take 24-48 hours and most customers do not want to wait for that long. Hence, if you have paid on Daalchini App using Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking etc, your refunds may be added instantly to your Daalchini Points.
